Additionally, we offer skid-mounted and trailer-mounted UBD equipment, which can be integrated with MPD systems as needed. Our inventory includes mass flow Coriolis metering manifold skids, high-pressure (5K psi) and low-pressure (2K psi) piping packages, and custom-built Mud Gas Separator (MGS) skids to support complex drilling operations.

MPD Manifold Package

Our Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) Manifold Package is designed to precisely regulate annulus surface back pressure during drilling operations, ensuring optimal control within a predefined pressure window. Equipped with electrically or hydraulically actuated full-bore drilling chokes, this system enables tight shut-off capability for enhanced safety and efficiency.

A PLC-based control system ensures real-time pressure adjustments, optimising drilling performance and safety. The HMI interface panel allows operators to set target pressure values while displaying critical system inputs and outputs for seamless monitoring and control.

Coriolis Metering Skid

The Coriolis Metering Skid is a highly precise flow measurement system designed to determine mass flow rate using the Coriolis effect. As fluid passes through an oscillating tube, the resulting inertial forces induce a proportional twist, enabling accurate mass flow calculation.

Ideal for hydrocarbon liquids and natural gas, this metering solution provides real-time, high-accuracy measurements critical for operational efficiency. However, the presence of air bubbles in the fluid can introduce slight deviations in measurement.
